As a New York native with a passion for new media and urban culture, my intro to graphic design was making flyers for nightlife events. I took on a wide range of projects and roles, including a 3 year run as art director at MethodsNYC streetwear brand.
In 2010 I started a project called MOTIONGRAFF, using stop motion to document the creative process. Stop motion animation was my gateway into video editing and making short narratives. Using this process, I produced work for Sony, ScionA/V, Clio, Greenhouse Agency, indie films, and indie record labels such as Play Me Records, V Recordings, and Playaz Recordings. In 2022 I linked up with the Tribeca Festival and have been the seasonal senior designer every year since. Over those 5 years I’ve taken on most of the video and motion design needs, including sizzles, motion trailers, and OOH.
I hold a BA in the Humanities from NYU, with a minor in Media Studies. Currently I am enrolled in School of Motion, expanding my animation and motion design skill set. I also make canvas art and commissioned hand lettering projects. When it’s time to take a break, I enjoy obscure films, listening to my records, and studying Japanese on Duolingo.
